Life Coaching Sessions, Pricing and Information
I provide life coaching worldwide. I specialize in helping men and women with emotional issues such as stress, depression, anxiety and letting go of the past. I can also help you gain better self-esteem, accept yourself (fully) for who you are, help you control your stress and anger and teach you relaxation & coping techniques to better deal with your life. As a life coach, I want to make it clear that I am not providing traditional psychotherapy services. Instead, I will work with you to figure out what you need in your life, where you need to go and help you find strategies to improve your mental health and well-being, reduce your stress and find balance in your life. My primary modalities are based on Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral therapeutic techniques. Basically, I believe if you can change the way you think, you can change your entire life. I look forward to working with you on this journey.
I offer four options for online and telephone coaching:
- Introductory Offer - $15 for 1 Week of Emails OR $25 for 1 Skype Session
- Unlimited Monthly Emails* - $65 per month
- Telephone Calls** - $35 per session
- Skype Sessions** (Online) - $65 per session
- Emails Plus Phone - Unlimited Monthly Emails with Two Individual Telephone Calls - $100
- Emails Plus Skype - Unlimited Monthly Emails with Two Individual Skype Calls - $135
- Phone Add-On - Add on any number of Telephone Calls to Unlimited Monthly Emails - $25 per call
- Skype Add-On - Add on any number of Skype Video Calls to Unlimited Monthly Emails - $55 per call
- Phones Packages - 4 Telephone Calls - $112 or 6 Telephone Calls - $168 (20% Discount)
- Skype Packages - 4 Skype Video Calls - $208 or 6 Skype Video Calls - $312 (20% Discount)
- Email Add-On - Add-On Unlimited Monthly Emails to any of the Phones or Skype Packages - $50 per month

What to Expect:
- Contact me using contact form above to ask questions or set up an appointment time. For email sessions, please contact me via the contact form above and we will then discuss the specifics of the email arrangements.
- For telephone and Skype sessions, we will typically meet once per week (or more often if needed) at the same time and the same night for 50 minute sessions.
- For telephone and Skype sessions, you will be able to book appointment times using this link: Schedule Time with Sonya Triggs-Wharton (alternate link: http://meetme.so/sonyawharton) (see specific directions above).
- I will send you forms to be filled out prior to our first session, which you will then email back to me.
- I will send you a bill for services in advance via email.
- I will provide you with either my email address, telephone number and/or Skype Name prior to our first session depending on the type of sessions you request (also alternative forms of contact in case of technology failure).
- We will meet once per week until you no longer have need of my services. Typical coaching sessions can last anywhere from 4-12 sessions via telephone or Skype.
- We will review the life coaching agreement and discuss what you hope to get out of our coaching sessions during our initial meeting.
- After a discussion of your needs, we will outline topics to be discussed based on your input about what issues are of most importance to you.
- You are free to cancel our sessions at any time.
- I also reserve the right to terminate our sessions at any time.
- I will inform you in advance if I will be unable to meet for our sessions and we will re-schedule at a time convenient to you.
- I am generally very direct though tactful and my goal is to make the most of our time during these coaching sessions by setting clear goals for these sessions.
- I will regularly assign "homework" (i.e., additional reading, research, etc.) which will greatly benefit our time and organization during sessions. I hope that you come to these sessions ready to work and to accomplish clear-cut goals.
